Ken Drazan is Executive Chairman. He is a General Partner and co-founder of Bertram Capital and led the investment in GENASCIS. Ken is also Chairman of Sanare Holdings, a leading diabetes solutions company, and a former senior executive or founder of several private life science companies.

Ken Bulow is Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience, and is responsible for our operations and revenue cycle outsourcing business line. He joined the GENASCIS team in March 2009. 

Somesh Roy

Somesh Roy is Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for accounting, finance, auditing, customer account reconciliation, internal controls, banking, and investor relations. Somesh is a Chartered Accountant whose previous experience includes serving as a surgery center CFO and as an auditor.

Jim Freund

Jim Freund is Senior Vice President of Business Development. A 20-plus-year ASC veteran who has worked with over 600 surgery centers, he has directed sales and strategic planning for the leading software firms in the industry, including HIS, SIS, and SourceMedical. Jim is responsible for leading GENASCIS’ sales and marketing efforts.
