Somesh Roy is Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for accounting, finance, auditing, customer account reconciliation, internal controls, banking, and investor relations. Somesh is a Chartered Accountant whose previous experience includes serving as a surgery center CFO and as an auditor.

Mona Kaul is Vice President of Revenue Cycle Strategy. She has extensive industry experience, having founded transcription and coding service provider Global Information Technologies (GIT) in 1996. Mona is widely recognized as an expert on multi-specialty surgery center coding and reimbursement.
